Below are some of the commonly asked questions we receive from customers. 

1. What material are your Christmas PJs made from?

Our Christmas PJs are made from 95% Bamboo Jersey / 5% Premium Spandex. They are super soft and snuggly, perfect for a warm Christmas. 

2. What is your sizing like?

Our sizing is standard New Zealand and Australian sizing. We suggest choosing the size you would usually. Please refer to our size guide for garment measurements.

3. How do I wash my Christmas PJs?

Please refer to washing instructions on garment to learn how to best take care of your clothing. For Christmas jumpers cold machine wash, delicate cycle. Hang dry. Do not iron. Do not wash jumpers that have LED lights.

4. When will your 2023 Christmas range be available for purchase?

We have some festive new products currently in production. Please join our waitlist and you will be notified once these are available for purchasing.

5. How long does delivery take?

New Zealand Express Courier 1-3 Business Days.

Australia Standard Tracked Courier 7-10 Business Days.

Australia DHL Express Courier 2-5 Business Days.

6. Do you ship Worldwide?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
